Fuel Dispenser Flowmeter
DESEINOR manufactures fuel dispenser flowmeters, which are the instruments designed to measure the volume of fuel passing through a dispenser. The meters feature user-readable displays (mechanical or digital) showing real-time fuel delivery quantities.
As the core component of fuel dispensers, flowmeters, paired with microprocessor controllers, largely determine overall system quality. Their high-precision, stable performance makes them ideal for demanding applications like service stations.
- Turbine flowmeter: Comprising a turbine-equipped sensor and a counter, this meter measures fuel flow by detecting the rotational speed of the turbine as fuel passes through. The counter records turbine rotations to calculate total fuel volume.
- Electromagnetic flowmeter: This technology generates a magnetic field around the fuel pipe and measures changes induced by fuel flow. As fuel moves through the pipe, it produces an electromotive force proportional to flow velocity, enabling precise measurement.
- Ultrasonic flowmeter: This meter calculates flow rate by measuring transit time of ultrasonic pulses through the fuel stream. Cross-sectional pipe dimensions are factored in for volumetric measurement.
- Measurement accuracy: delivers precise volumetric quantification.
- Durability: Superior contamination and corrosion resistance for extended service life.
- Temperature stability: Maintains measurement consistency across operational temperature ranges.
