    Engineered to stop fuel spillage in the event of a tanker rollover and with ADR-compliant performance, this vent simplifies maintenance by reducing internal components by 45% making maintenance faster and easier compared to conventional models. A single 1.5"/12 hex nut mounted at the base of the manhole lift valve allows it to endure extreme shock, vibration, and impact conditions. In the event of a tanker rollover or other accident, the valve automatically seals in reverse to prevent fuel leakage. This has consistently demonstrated its reliability in real-world operations, helping to safeguard lives, prevent accidents, and avoid costly fuel spills that could result environmental hazards.

    Commonly referred to as a P/V vent, this tank truck equipment is installed at the discharge end of a vent pipe connected to a gasoline storage tank. It automatically adjusts internal pressure by allowing vapors to escape during overpressure and permitting external air to enter during vacuum conditions, maintaining tank integrity.

    Pressure vacuum vent is widely used on fuel tanker trucks worldwide. It can be fitted on the base plate of a manhole cover or directly on the tanker shell, depending on the vehicle’s design and operational needs.
