Product Overview
The fuel fill cap with lock is installed on the side fill pipe of tank trucks to prevent the intrusion of dirt, water, or other contaminants into the tanker’s fuel system. Designed for security, durability, and drainage, this cap prevents contaminants from entering the tanker’s fuel system during transport and helps avoid leaks or blockages caused by debris. Our fill caps feature a locking mechanism for tamper resistance and safety, and a built-in drain hole that allows any residual fuel or water to escape from the pipe housing. Commonly mounted at both ends of the hose tray, the cap can also lock the hose in place when not in use, supporting safe transport and storage.
