Liquid Cooling Quick Coupling
Liquid Cooling Dry-Break Quick Disconnect Coupling
The liquid cooling dry-break quick disconnect coupling is an advanced fluid connection component developed for data center liquid cooling, energy storage battery thermal management, and high-power equipment cooling systems. It features an interlocked double-shutoff dry-break design. When the coupling is disconnected, the male and female halves automatically seal simultaneously, minimizing fluid loss during connection and disconnection.
An integrated ball valve safety interlock prevents the valve from opening until the coupling is fully connected and prevents the coupling from being disconnected until the ball valve is closed. This design prevents coolant leakage caused by misoperation.
The coupling body is forged from 304/316 stainless steel for corrosion resistance to heat-transfer media such as ethylene glycol coolant and deionized water. An optimized full-bore flow path reduces pressure drop and allows smooth coolant flow, making the coupling suitable for closed-loop cooling circuits.
The quick coupling is suitable for liquid cooling circuits that require frequent connection, disconnection, and maintenance. It helps prevent coolant leakage from damaging circuit boards and battery modules, supporting stable operation of the overall thermal management system. Available sizes include 1 in., 1.5 in., and 2 in.
