Dry bulk tanker aerator is a key component of the unloading system for dry bulk tankers. It is designed for powder transport vehicles, bulk cement tankers, flour tankers, and industrial dust tankers. The aerator is suitable for use in tanker aeration lines. The aerator is designed to improve unloading efficiency and address material blockages during discharge.
The aerator is installed in the secondary aeration line of the dry bulk tanker’s air inlet system. During unloading, compressed air enters the secondary aeration line and is directed into the discharge system. Pressurized air then passes through the aerator and is injected from the side of the tank into the powder bed.
The airflow quickly lifts settled powder and breaks up material bridging and caking, allowing the powder to become fully fluidized and flow more smoothly. By reducing bridging, caking, and blockages, the aerator helps improve overall unloading efficiency and discharge continuity while shortening unloading time. The tanker aerator is suitable for the transfer of dry bulk materials such as cement and lime powder.
