Mechanical emergency valve operator is a manual control assembly designed for the bottom valves/emergency shutoff valves of fuel tank trucks and fuel tanker semi-trailers. Suitable for multi-compartment tanks, the valve operator uses independent control levers to operate the corresponding bottom valve of each compartment. Each lever is connected to the bottom valve by a control cable, enabling remote manual opening and closing of the fuel transfer line during loading and unloading. This valve operator is a standard safety component for tankers carrying hazardous liquids.

Features
- Independent Compartment Control
In a three-lever configuration, each lever independently controls the bottom valve of its corresponding compartment. This allows the fuel line of each compartment to be opened or closed separately, providing flexible compartment-by-compartment control during loading and unloading. - Automatic Position Locking
When a control lever is raised to the open position, it automatically locks in place, eliminating the need to apply continuous force to keep the valve open. Pressing the lever downward quickly closes the valve and shuts off the flow. - 75°C Fusible Link Safety Protection
The operator incorporates a 75°C fusible link. If a vehicle fire occurs and the ambient temperature exceeds 75°C, the fusible link melts and releases, allowing the spring mechanism to return all control levers to the closed position and automatically close all bottom valves, helping prevent fuel leakage and explosion.
