Product Overview
The GSFHRG industrial composite hose, also known as a chemical or petroleum composite hose, is a multilayer flexible transfer hose designed for petroleum, chemical, and marine loading and unloading applications. The hose features a spirally wound construction consisting of inner and outer steel wire helices, multiple polymer liner layers, and an outer cover. This composite construction combines advantages that conventional rubber and metal hoses cannot provide at the same time.

The hose is suitable for gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, lubricating oils, and selected acidic and alkaline fluids, providing excellent resistance to corrosion and swelling. - Antistatic Construction
The inner and outer steel wire helices, together with the conductive layer, help dissipate static electricity and meet safety requirements for the transfer of flammable and explosive petroleum products.
Applications
Composite hoses are used for the transfer of petroleum, chemicals, and refined fuels, as well as in vapor recovery systems, bottom loading operations, and all types of loading arms in petrochemical facilities. They are widely applied in tank truck transfer systems, with externally crimped dry disconnect fittings available in sizes ranging from 1 inch to 8 inches.
